The vision of Enthusiasm is to see young people fulfil their true potential in life by:

• Diverting them from crime
• Raising aspirations
• Building self esteem
• Equipping others to aspire to excellence

Enthusiasm believe that each young person has the right to reach their full potential regardless of what they have done, what has been done to them, and the lack of opportunities offered to them previously.

We aim to provide a focus for young people who have become socially isolated and vulnerable within their community for various reasons, including deprivation, disadvantage and unemployment.

Enthusiasm is taking on the challenge of moving on from being a very good organisation to a great organisation. For us a great organisation is one which:

• Consistently delivers the best/excellent /relevant youth work.
• Delivers youth work out of passion and commitment to young people and communities.
• Delivers economical sustainable activities.

We believe we can be one of the best organisations to deliver a range of services to disaffected young people and we certainly have a staff and volunteer team with the passion to deliver.

We are extremely successful in engaging our client group and moving them onto positive outcomes in their lives.
